So who is Lulu? She is a character in the Squaresoft game, Final Fantasy X, made for Playstation 2. Along with Wakka, Tidus, Auron, and Kimahri, she is one of Yuna's guardians. She used to have a relationship with Wakka's brother, Chapu, before he was killed while battling Sin.
